2021-10-15 - Planned maintenance outage on 21th October 2021

We would like to inform you about planned outage due to infrastructure migration beetween datacenters. We need to take care of infrastructure starting on 21th October 2021 at 8PM and could take 4-8 hours. During this time, all of hosting services may be disabled or inaccessible.

2021-09-30 - Termination of all provided services

Dear customers, provider, the company Quantasoft, s.r.o, with its registered office at Pod Hájkem 406 / 1a, Libeň, 180 00 Prague 8, Czech Republic, Organization ID number: 27564827, registered in the Commercial Register at the Court of Justice in Prague, Czech Republic, file no.: C114543, represented by Milan Pašek, Executive Officer "provider") hereby terminates all contracts for the provision of hosting services, based on the payment of the order by registration at www.qsh.eu / admin.qsh.eu. The contractual relationship will be terminated within three months' notice, which will begin on the first day of the month following after this notice, ie the contractual relationship will be terminated on 31.12.2021. In order to properly settle, we hereby ask you to contact us immediately regarding: - Ensuring the adjustment of the use of the domain, web hosting, cloud/VPS servers and all other services after the termination of the contractual relationship (you only have the domain name leased from the domain name administrator); and - Billing of the price for services to terminate the contractual relationship (overpayment will be returned to the account specified by you); and - Ensuring data migration. We are ready to ensure data migration according to your request (if you do not communicate the request for data migration, they will be deleted after the termination of the contractual relationship). 2020-04-15 Unplanned outage

We had a short power issue on our infrastructure between 11:35AM-11:45AM (CET). The most of shared web hosting services has been unavailable due this problem for more than 1 hour. We have started services depends on SLA priority. We apologize for this outage.

2019-03-27 Unplanned outage

Dear customers,  on March 27, 2019, there was a technical problem on our network infrastructure located in the TTC data center in Prague. First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience during the unavailability of some services. Following the identification of the network infrastructure problem, were restarted these DNS servers, where zones to 1% DNS zones were incorrectly synchronized, damaged and then synchronized between DNS servers. After identification of these damaged zones, we restored them to their original state and contacted customers for whom the zones could not be completely restored to complete the missing records. The DNS zone service is provided for free to active domains and web hosts and we do not guarantee it. During the repairing of the above-mentioned problems, there was no interruption of services or restart of web hosting services and cloud servers, however, due to unavailability of connectivity several short-term outages occurred within a few hours. If you are interested in the application of the compensation for paid services based on their reduced quality or unavailability, you can contact us with a specific service example. We will provide compensation based on the prepaid range of SLA services to specific services for the period of unavailability of the service in the form of a service or credit extension. Services provided free of charge, a trial version of services, additional services for regular services and services in test version can´t be compensated. These are mainly free hosting, trial hosting, DNS zones to domains without web hosting and other additional services. Thank you for your understanding and once again we apologize to all the customers who were touched about the troublesomeness.

2014-07-17 Planned email server upgrade 2014-07-19

We would like to inform you about planned email server upgrade to IceWarp Server 11. We need to take care upgrade maintenance on Saturday 19th July 2014 (between 2:00-8:00AM CET). During this time, some of services may be disabled or inaccessible. Planned maintenance outage will start on Saturday 19th July 2014 at 2:00AM (CET) and could take 4 hours.

2014-04-18 Planned maintenance outage on 21th April 2014

We would like to inform you about planned maintenance outage of MySQL server. We have prepared upgrade to the latest release of MySQL 5.6 and phpMyAdmin 4.1. Planned maintenance outage will start on Monday 21th April 2014 at 6:00AM (CET) and take up to 60 minutes.

We had a connectivity issues due security prevention and policies on the datacenter side between 10:00AM-10:20AM.

2014-02-27 Short database server outage

We have encountered an unexpected outage of MS SQL Server 2008 server for a shared web hosting services on February 27, 2014 between 10:20PM - 11:00PM CET. We have tried to restart the server immediately after the server has been frozen. The service was recovered in 40 minutes before 11:00PM CET.

The expected downtime for the individual services should not exceed 120 minutes.
