About Us

The first idea about founding Quantasoft Company originated in 1999 in Slovakia.

Quantasoft Company was consequently founded in 2003 in Slovakia as a connection of people who have long-time experience in research and development of IT. During the years of our existence we achieved to built clientele not only in Slovakia, but also in foreign countries what reflects the high quality of our services.

In 2004 we started to co-operate with various foreign companies and began to work on research and development of biometric systems.

In 2005 Quantasoft Company become to be the first FREE ASP.NET web hosting provider (www.qsh.eu) in Slovakia. This project started up with the idea of expansion and providing web hosting services for general public. One of the planned ideas of its utilization is to provide these services free for students and noncommercial educational organizations accepting specified conditions.

Within a few months we have localized our services in several foreign languages and started to provide them on international level. Within a few years we have learnt to manage research IT projects, projection of electronic equipments, technological designs and biometric identification.

In 2006 a new headquarters office started up in Prague in Czech Republic in collaboration with Business Incubator (www.inkubator.cvut.cz) of Czech Technical University in Prague (www.cvut.cz) and Business and Innovation Centre (www.tic.cvut.cz) of CTU. Business Incubator offers protected environment for beginning companies what includes advantageous business please lease, contacts, financial donations and consultations with specialists.

After foundation of new company and increasing the level of service providing in research and development of IT we decided to finish our series of biometric products and get into collaboration with Technological Incubator of Brno University of Technology (www.vutbr.cz) which South Moravian Innovation Centre (www.jic.cz) carries on. Technological Incubator offers protected environment for beginning companies what includes advantageous business please lease, contacts, financial donations and consultations with specialists. Thanks to this the new branch office in Brno in Czech Republic has started up. This co-operation should help us to finish the development of biometrics solution by one year and sell it on the home and foreign market.
